Support and bug fixes can be addressed through our support team and will be added into our current working sprint.

Critical support hours are included in our Professional and Partner tiers for times when an issue needs to be addressed immediately.

We guarantee our work so much that you only pay for added value and never for errors we created. For example, if our team introduces a bug into your system, we will continue to work on it until it is completely fixed at no cost to you.

How does pricing work?

Our pricing is based on delivered value, which we call story points. We estimate story points based on the complexity of the task, not on the number of hours it takes a specific developer to accomplish a task.

This way, you end up paying directly for the value delivered--not just on how fast the developer is working on your particular project.

How is my project deployed?

Deployments are charged separately from delivered value. In our Pay As You Go and Starter tiers, we simply charge at an hourly rate.

In our Professional and Partner tiers, deployments are included each month. If you are also hosting with Datably, we can build a hosting and deployment plan that suits your needs.
